Objectives
Miss Sarawak Model of the World is Sarawak top international modeling contest.Winners will represent our state for the Miss Malaysia Model of the world and therefore stand a chance to represent our country in the international miss model contest.
Through this event, we aim to promote tourism awareness and other related industries.Therefore, we also hope to create friendship throughout the host city by integrating business opportunities mutually benefit companies which collaborate with our prestigious event.
The new theme and concept of Miss Sarawak Model of the World is to look for better quality girls to participate in the national or global international pageant which will help to promote international goodwill.
This is also a platform for young girls who have the vision in the field of modeling and beauty and it is also a step for them to achieve their dreams and to experience something different.
With the international concept of 'Vast Vision, Great Culture'. the event will be leading the local trend of fashion and consumption. We hope to promote our fabric printing, world standard golfing club, Sarawak layer cake, professionals people, beautiful places as well as food and beverage. Also, what we have to prop up is the variety races of Sarawak. Sarawak has more than 40 sub-ethnic groups, each with its own distinct language, culture and lifestyle.
We also intend to produce local icons and to push our fashion, modeling and creative industry into a higher standard and to discover more local talents who can work together in developing our cities.
This year, the new Miss Sarawak Model of the World will be holding its grand final at the Eastwood Valley Golf & Country Club, Miri.
